Medical Hospital Crimes

From my several stays in the Ozarks Healthcare neuropsych unit from 2015 to 2022 I have experienced a form of medical disgrace, vulgarity, ill treatment, abusive language, terrorism, attempted homicide, verbal assault, rape threats, and intentional disrespect, victim of illicit technology, privacy violations, and human rights violations by the company and its employees in the emergency room intake, emergency room, and neuropsych unit. 

What happened: The following list of abusive incidences is listed by location and employee name where given. 

1. Emergency room intake and waiting room. 

● The intake lady behind the counter in the intake emergency room said the following to me after handing me paperwork to sign to receive care at the neuropsych unit. “Because you’re a nut”. 

● The intake gentleman tasked with checking my vitals during another intake incident while putting the blood pressure cuff on me said in a deep voice “Cuz you’re fucked”. 

2. Emergency room.

 ● January 2019. I was brought in by ambulance. An dark skinned looking doctor in a white doctors coat with black undershirt walked in, put his left hand under my right wrist hospital band and tapped on my wrist hard twice over his spoken dialogue of “all the stuff”, as in all that blood you would see slitting your wrists and killing yourself. This was MK Omega suicidal programming done by one of your doctors. I was transferred out of Ozarks Healthcare and to Baxter Regional Hospital 

● On one occasion I saw Dr. Loveland in the emergency room who I overheard saying after talking on the phone to someone “They’re gonna castrate him”. A female patient who overheard this screamed out “No!”. Dr. Loveland then told me down the hallway “When too much is never enough”. Dr. Loveland failed to alert me and authorities to the details behind these threats of genital mutilation. 

● On another occasion I overheard a doctor talking about me to another employee saying, “They’re all government agents. Yeah, go down there and get your scrubs.” He was referencing your employees in your neuropsych unit. 

● On one occasion, two techs who were using the publicly available electronic contact lenses on the social network were talking. One male looked at me and said “They were all wondering what would happen”. Another female tech said referencing her illegal privacy violating social network “All people around here are talking about is why isn’t he suing”. She then turned to me and said “Yeah, you’re our usual nut bag”. 

● On one occasion a female emergency room nurse shouted out to her employees “The FBI are gonna deport him from Iceland. It’s a war in the high courts”. 

● On one occasion a male emergency room tech was aware that I had not seen my family in 6 years and gave me hell about it by shouting out to his fellow employees as I was being taken to an emergency room bed “Yeah, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a family member”.

● Nurse Roxy tried to falsify my medical records, falsely claiming that I was in there complaining about chest pain. I had no chest pain and said nothing about chest pain. Nurse Roxy said “Oh, so you’re in here complaining about chest pain, huh”. I later overheard her talking on her electronic contact lens social network “Because we’ve got life extensions and you don’t!” She also intentionally dropped a pair of purple scissors in front of me in a threatening way. 

● On one occasion I overheard gossip between a female tech and a male tech with her describing my alternative personalities I have in an illegal MK Ultra government program saying “Yeah, one of them is his dad, another one is a six year old”. 

● On one occasion, an emergency room female sitter looks at me and says “I’m in an insane asylum.” 

● On one occasion an emergency room nurse called me a pedophile to her fellow employees. 

3. Ozarks Healthcare Neuropsych unit. 

● On one occasion, every time I would ask Vicky a question, she would respond with the word “throat?” with a hand movement across her throat. She was trying to get me slit my throat at a future date. 

● On one occasion, tech Jamie was taking my temperature with a thermometer. Vicky stood next to her and ate a large hand of chocolate and said to me “now I have something in my mouth, now I don’t have something in my mouth.” 

● On one occasion Vicky said as she walked away “DNA, yum, yum!” 

● On one occasion Vicky said to me down the hallway, “Yeah, I’ll give you something to suck on.” 

● On one occasion, Vicky told me I had been forcefully sterilized saying to me “Because I’m the one that knows that you can’t have kids.” 

● On one occasion Barb said “He’s like a human receiver, enjoy your billion dollar lawsuit, we’ll give you a list of things to do when we wake you up”. 

● On one occasion Barb and Terryl were gossiping about how I should be castrated and they also called me a rapist and pedophile. It got so bad, another male patient shouted at them “If yall two don’t shut up, I’m gonna sue both of you!” 

● In my stay in June/July 2019, tech Alyssa performed 2 MK Omega suicidal programming instructions. Alyssa patted her right side hard twice (where to find the gun), then later as she put the oxygen reader on my left index finger she said “ID”, this is my label for that particular digit, this was the finger to pull the trigger of the gun. After she took my vitals, Alyssa shouted the following at me in the hallway while I was in my room on the step-down side “Cuz you know I’m CIA and you’re a message!”. Later I was moved to the other side of the unit, Alyssa again shouted at me from down the hallway saying “Cuz you’re swimming in jackals and the CIA are gonna pop you out and have a party!” as she laughed. 

● On one occasion Nurse Tamber looked at Vicky and laughed saying “He’s got cancer.” I asked her where my cancer was and how advanced and she denied knowing any information. 

● On one occasion, Dr. Williams asked me during our session “Is Tyler eating his shot?”. Dr. Williams also denied several attempts at getting an abdominal scan to check for cancer. Dr. Williams also tried to use my medically required medication as leverage for staying at a facility. When I decided to not stay at the facility because I had found a better place, he took 1 mg daily dose of kolonpin away. 

● On one occasion, the female elderly nurse said to me as I laid down in bed “Pussy!”. 

● On one occasion, a female nurse called me “whore hey”. 

● On one occasion, nurse Jennifer said the following as I entered the psych unit “He lost his snack machine.” I overheard her laughing to her colleagues saying “He’s gonna be in an insane asylum”. 

● On one occasion nurse Amy said to the other nurses “All they use him for is to catch other pedophiles.” 

● On one occasion, nurse Chelsea Hutsell called tech Alyssa and provided in unit surveillance information on me that was a privacy violation. Alyssa was not a tech there anymore. 

● On several occasions nurse Chelsea Hutsell did not provide silverware for the eating trays of the patients. 

● On one occasion a female tech was beating my bathroom door as I was taking a shower. 

On one occasion a male republican patient was gossiping about what the CIA had told him saying about myself "They say there's a local prostitute around town they says used to be him. I'm just glad I don't have to live the life of a woman. 

On one occasion a cloaked CIA male said I was going around giving my "personal blowjobs". 

● On one occasion as she walked out of my room, Dr. Amy-Perrin said “cuz you’re a nut.” On another occasion Dr. Amy-Perrin walked into my room, tilted her head to the side and spoke a coded phrase that was confusing to me. Psychiatrist Dr. Veronica Amey-Perrin, formally employed at Ozarks Healthcare Neuropsych unit and worked as an embed CIA terrorist who works in CIAs MK Ultra programs. She is a doppelganger of a PBS newshour. During a few encounters with this terrorist the following occurred: While she was walking away from my bed in my bedroom she said "because your a nut". I once placed a Holy bible as a doorstop of my room. There was a psychotic man and a psychotic woman who both wore yellow shirts. Veronica took the bible from my doorway and replaced it with a yellow unlabeled book for mk alpha. She would always were funny patterned shirts as you can see below with custom pins. She suffers from a leg disability where her knees bend in and touch as she walks. She would always wear black pants. This is to blacklight a penis off of me. In June 2018, before I was involved in the guardianship scam prison system, a trailer trash republican woman with the same condition wore all black top and long pants with the same disability at Luckys gas station in Birch Tree, MO. The lady just stood in the corner of the store outside of the store with her back faced to me. I knew she was trying to get me back in the unit which the CIA knew 1 more trip to OMC would trigger the prison system which Veronica threatened me with the visit before. I was tortured back into the unit through CIA funded gang stalking of the West Plains community. I was then given a state guardian and threatened that if I didn’t take the geodome they would have to send me to an insane asylum. Jarrod Laughter killed people and had the legal right to refuse meds but I was forced and threatened. I displayed no violent behavior, had never harmed anyone, and was not legally insane and still am not legally insane. Veronica once walked into my room, tilted her head to the side and spoke a coded phrase of “He goes to (something)”. This was witnessed by the tattooed security guard who rustled dirty needles in a disposal bin when he gave me the little cash to count that I brought into the OMC emergency room right as I went to smell my money. I knew this was strawberry dope ho programming. Dr. Veronica Amey-Perrin needs to be investigated and interviewed with a lie detector test by the International Criminal Courts. There are currently no congressional or law enforcement groups that take MK Ultra terrorism as seriously as I do but I pray European minds do not contain American ignorance. It’s one of the most intelligent crimes in the world, how could a jury ever understand it? How would my attorney even have the intelligence to properly defend me if I were to become incapacited without any knowledge that these crimes are even real? People know what robbery is or theft is as they are public crimes and can perceive and understand exactly what is occurring. With MK Ultra, they have no underlying paradigm to reference from. It would be google searches of MK Ultra which are full of misinformation, disinformation, a preconceived notion of being crazy for claiming you are in the programs. And a standard once a year same Guardian article they publish about CIA in Canada in the 1970s which claim these programs were shut down. Investigate, interrogate, and lock this psychiatrist up. I do not want her harming other American civilian victims please. God bless all entities that believe in freedom, human rights, and criminal justice.  

● On one occasion social worker Lori said to me “Dot dad? Dot dead?”. She also made contextual harassments calling me a pedophile by saying as she flicked her hair in a sarcastic manner “Yeah, I just felt like a five year old”. 

● On one occasion, the first time I met Kevin the social worker, Kevin made a screeching and screaming sound noise as he spoke the words “Suck it! Tyler! Suck it!”. 

● On one occasion social worker Sandi made a screeching noise to me over the phone as I talked to her within the unit when she was in her office. Sandi also once referred to me as “Tyler’s competition”. 

When this happened: From my several stays in the Ozarks Healthcare neuropsych unit from 2015 to 2022 

Why I believe Ozarks Healthcare is responsible for this behavior: I believe the Ozarks Healthcare  management team is entirely responsible for this behavior as medical services should not be used for terrorism. These events were known by, participated in by, and logged over recorded electronic contact lenses by the employees of Ozarks Healthcare. I have to live from crippling disabilities due to this national trauma, humiliation and human rights violations. I am a disabled American civilian who has survived human torture. My grievance report filed the company went unaddressed by Ozarks Healthcare management.

During my stay in January of 2019 at Baxter Regional Medical Center psych unit, I experienced a form of medical disgrace, threatened with prostitution, my family was threatened by this staff, I experienced vulgarity, ill treatment, abusive language, and intentional disrespect by this staff. 

What happened: 

In January of 2019, I was transferred to Baxter Regional Medical Center psych unit from Ozarks Medical Center who was on divert. I arrived and met the nurse assigned to me who checked me into the psych unit. During my stay the following events occurred by employees of the psych unit. I was in a threatening and dangerous environment. During my first visit with psychiatrist Dr. Thomas Foster, Dr. Foster stared at his computer and shouted “You’re a whore!”. I later went to the nurses desk to get my medication. A female tech said “Yeah, take that and shut up.” This was a threatening statement. My nurse was very abusive as well. 

During one lunch meal, she shouted from the nurses desk “You’ve got domestic terrorists in here!” She also used a word babble technique saying “My tongue is ringing”, to try and drive me crazy and prime me for the feeling of popping into the body of a female whore. One of the female patients noticed this strange sentence and asked her about it to no response. 

This same nurse assigned to me also made a direct homicide threat to my two siblings. My nurse grabbed a bag of two large needle syringes with an unknown liquid in them to represent my two siblings in her left hand, raised her left arm out to display it in the air and aggressively approached me with the bag in a threatening way. This was a direct threat to my two siblings who are children. Nurse Pam was also abusive. 

While I sat in one of the chairs in the room closest to the bedrooms, Nurse Pam walked past me, acted like she was having problems scanning her badge to get into the nursing station and said “Fuck that, then open up for me” as she stared at me. This was a direct threat from a rapist saying it to a rape victim which would be me in a female “opening up” my legs to a rapist. Pam returned from the nurses station and walked past me again and said as she smiled at me “You know from your dreams. You’re in a simulator and are fucking with the CIA and are gonna get the hole.” This was a threat of kidnapping and torture. 

When this happened: During my stay at Baxter Regional Medical Center psych unit in January of 2019. 

Why I believe Baxter Regional Medical Center is responsible for this behavior: I believe the Baxter Regional Medical Center management team is entirely responsible for this behavior as medical environment should never be used for terrorism. I have to live from crippling disabilities due to this trauma, humiliation and human rights violations. 

I am a disabled American civilian who has survived human torture. After filing a grievance report with the hospital Dr. Thomas Foster nor any of the other abusive staff were removed from their positions and no further contact was made with me. Baxter Regional Medical Center psych units actions which went unaddressed by Baxter Regional Medical Center management. 

During my stays at Mercy Hospital Springfield the year of 2021 including emergency room, ambulance use, step down center, and Marian center and B units I experienced a form of medical disgrace disgrace, threatened with prostitution, vulgarity, ill treatment, abusive language, and intentional disrespect and I am seeking financial retribution. 

What happened and where: 

Mercy Ambulance: I called an ambulance to transfer me from my home to Mercy hospitals for treatment. A female ambulance driver said the following to me as she referenced my wrist watch “You have a nice orange”. This was to match the term “watch” with the color “orange” used in prisons. The lady then referred to me as a female saying “We’re all ready to go ma’am” before she drove the ambulance to the hospital. 

Emergency Room: The intake nurse was asking all of the normal questions they ask anyone who seeks to stay at the Marian center. Instead of the normal question I’ve been asked before, “Have you ever wished you were dead?” The nurse instead said “Have you ever wished you were gay?”. I am not a homosexual. I also overheard an emergency room doctor in another room identifying me via automatic identification system by using electronic contact lenses, an invasive, illegal technology that financially compensates users to commit crimes of which several of your employees have in their eyes. The doctor called me a criminal to a coworker. While I was in the step down unit, a woman came over the entire hospital's intercom system and said “Everyone with contact lenses, set Murphy to disable”. This was an open admission and was meant to disable me. 

Step Down Unit: I was in the step down unit. The nurse assigned to me came over to check my vitals. The nurse said under her breath over her contact lens social network “He said this guy (referencing me) is sucking dick cuz of all those kids killed”. I asked the woman if she was wearing the technology. She denied. I later overheard her talking to another employee behind the counter admitting to wearing the technology she said “Yeah, I have the contacts, to protect us from you.” I have no criminal history and have never laid a hand on anyone and it was my life that was clearly in danger. A black African male walked into the hallway of the step down unit and shouted “Cuz it’s just a simulator and yoose gonna be a ho!” On another occasion an African American female who was asking me questions in the step down unit room said “You’re brother’s a stripper”. 

Marian Center B Unit: Nurse Jennifer handed me two nicotine lozenges after I asked for them, she then said to me “You’re a whore!”. I asked to review the video camera feed from the administrator but for some reason you have cameras that don't record sound. Jennifer was wearing a mask so no facial movements after she handed me the lozenges could be seen visually by the camera. The entire staff defended Jennifer leading to the doctor trying to force more drugs on me. 

When this happened: During my multiple stays at Mercy Hospitals in the year of 2021. 

Why I believe Mercy Hospitals is responsible for this behavior: I believe Mercy Hospitals is entirely responsible for this behavior a medical environment should never be used for terrorism. Employees are allowed to wear illegal privacy violating technologies in their eyes that provides them a financial incentive to commit abuse. I am a disabled American civilian who has survived human torture. An individual who suffers an intense fear of injury, disability, or death due to an ordeal in a medical treatment environment has the authority to pursue justice under the definition of terror. 

In October of 2017, I purchased a Hippocrates Wellness program with on site lodging and arrived for an extended stay. During my stay at Hippocrates Wellness, I was threatened with imminent death, brain damage, suicidal programming, denied food and services, and electronically harassed. Hippocrates Wellness committed human rights abuse, medical disgrace, vulgarity, ill treatment, abusive language, and intentional disrespect. 

What happened: After arriving at Hippocrates Health Institute by driving by vehicle from Missouri, I checked into the front desk and into my room. I unpacked my travel items and went to take a shower. The shower head nozzle was not functioning and no water pressure was coming out of the shower nozzle. I reported the incident to the desk woman who I heard saying “Yeah, that just did that to show off”, admitting guilt to the Hippocrates Wellness maintenance workers intentional damaging of my shower head to prepare for the theater of terror that was to come. 

After reporting the shower head problem, I waited at my lodging for the maintenance men. Two showed up, one male caucasian and one male hispanic man. The men came into my room to investigate the broken shower handle which they had caused. The Hispanic man then said “People are praying for you in prison, Tyler”. The caucasian man then said “They know that’s why they can’t find you”. Referencing a petite pornography preference he knew of mine and through the act of masturbation cannot be predicted with predictive analytics, what they used to set this crime operation  up. He figured out the problem he had set up and caused, and left to go to the store to get parts to fix the hot water private shower knob. He knocked on the door when he returned, opened the door, dropped the two bags of tools he was carrying for the job down hard onto the ground and shouted “You’re all set”. This was to inform me that I would be set for a life extension to be tortured by whatever criminal party he was involved with most likely the CIA and Hippocrates Wellness employee collusion. 

The men fixed the shower head. I was laying on the couch in the lodging and the caucasian man came in holding the broken shower knob in his right hand. He said the following while turning the knob “You see if this runs too fast we're gonna have to shoot it.” He then made a gun sign with his left hand using index and thumb fingers, tilted his arm out to the side and curled his wrist up and down several times while saying “follow the line.” He made the comment about the shower knob as a symbol for my brain and head. He told me he would shoot me if I ran too fast mentally as I am a drone. He made the comment “follow the line” while showing me his hand gun sign to program me to commit suicide by handgun to the head. 

That night, while picking up the lodging phone which did not have long distance for some reason being an upscale resort, a man hacked the line as I was talking to the receptionists on asking the receptionists about instructions and options on how to complete a long distance call because I did not have a cell phone. The man over the phone said the following verbatim “Because you have a life extension and won’t switch.” He was giving me a command to kill myself to go into another body for torture. Life extensions are spare vessels or bodies that your soul can operate after your death in your same universe. Switching is a term to switch from vessel to vessel, usually gang stalked forced suicide of victim or programmed suicide commands and actions known as MK Omega programming  of which the caucasian maintenance man employee performed. 

The employees were using a common social networking electronic contact lens network to torture and terrorize me. The African american gatekeeper stopped me at the gate and sniffed a scent off of his hands, most likely a vaginal scent and very disgusting which is another programming action done by electronic contact lenses. I was very hungry after a long drive to the health institute. I had good money, both cash and card, and the snacks with smoothie mix display counter was on display with several employees still working during normal operating hours. I asked the lady behind the counter if I could perhaps purchase some of the healthy food as I was very hungry after a long trip. The lady cruelly denied my request as a high paying client and said the following: “No, because you’re the one that destroyed healthcare in America”. 

I was shocked. I chose Hippocrates Wellness and I was there from the advertising precisely because I believe what is defined as alternative or eastern medicine is a true model of healthcare that should be federally funded and covered by insurance companies. I couldn't properly treat my gut brain reaction due to this woman and this exacerbated my stress there. 

The next morning, a Mr. Clown employee kicked me out ten minutes before a scheduled massage I needed. 

When this happened: During my stay at Hippocrates Wellness in October of 2017. 

Why I believe Hippocrates Wellness is responsible for this behavior: I was treated like an animal instead of a human being with healthcare needs and was a high paying client. I have to live from crippling disabilities due to this trauma, humiliation and human rights violations. I am a disabled American civilian who has survived human torture.  An individual who suffers an intense fear of injury, disability, or death due to an ordeal at a health care facility has the authority to pursue justice under the definition of terror. 

In October 2017, I was tortured in the psych facility at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The following are truthful events that occurred. 

After being tortured at Hippocrates Health Institute, I left and headed for the beaches of Cameron, Louisiana, a place I visited before on my own and I wanted to try and relax on the beach. I arrived in Cameron after an all night drive and I went into the dollar general store. A woman employee behind the desk in the store was wearing the electronic contact lenses and just stared at me with a big smile and shouted "You knew when you were on Watson road. Yoose a ho!". I immediately left the store. In my first road trip to Cameron I had come across a Watson road and thought it might be synchronicity to an actress I imagined in a film project.

I then took the ferry ride to get to the beach. I parked on the beach and wasn't feeling good from all of the abuse I had just survived. I needed medical attention. I called 911 for an ambulance which I gave directions to where I was at. I then called my Father and told him I was going to the hospital. As I was about to hang up my cell phone, a womans voice hacked my phoneline and said "Yoose a ho! Now go bye bye!". The ambulance showed up and they got me into the ambulance. Then the entire ambulances electronics were being hacked with lights flickering on and off and the same woman on my phone earlier voice came over the speakers of the ambulance and screamed "I was raped as a girl!", implying that I was a child molester which is false. The female ambulance driver then said "Its a place no one talks about" referencing the CIAs "The hole" secret torture site. She also said "We're your eraser" and "we build an entire plane for one vessel". 

I arrived at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital emergency room. Once I entered, a nurse looked at me then to the doctor as to what to do with me and the doctor said "Clone him". I entered a room with several beds in the crowded emergency room and laid down. A black woman tech caring for me said "just know, you're the one they picked for President. I dont care if you bomb Bagdad or nothin'". She then took a seat and said out loud "Cuz your in at an MK Ultra window looking in. All I want my babies doin' is sleepin' and fuckin'". 

A black male tech fed me a sandwich when I asked for something to eat. I heard a cloaked clone at the edge of my bed say "I'm the only clone they popped. Let's do this". A doppelganger of a 2012 Springfield gas station guy named Doug appeared in the room, typing data into his computer saying "God. This is what we have to do to get this guy back in the system". 

I was finally moved to the psych unit on an upper floor. Once I got into the psych unit, a black man led me to my room. He stopped in front of me, showed me a black pair of tennis shoes with laces untied in a programming maneuver of some kind. I laid on my bed and heard a guy in the hallway say like he was me "I don't know man, I'm in the Army and am all upset that my mommy died". 

All of the employees and some patients had the electronic contact lenses. They were all trying to angrily get me to masterbate. A white male tech who had long hair and was a doppleganger of David de Rothschild worked as a tech during my stay there. I got in the shower and the same tech said sarcastically "we'll give you a good shower." I masterated in the shower in a fantasy of just lining women up in an orgy. I flexed my throat which has illegal nanites that transcribe what you say remotely without softly and said quietly "line 'em up", I then heard a cloaked Tyler clone say to the visible nurse walking fast "he said line them up" she then shouted down the hallway while I was still in the shower saying "Yeah, line 'em up and fuck 'em. You're rich!". I was psychosexually humiliated and traumatized. 

That night the David doppelganger went into the hallway and primed my brain for pop entry into a transexual life extension as to what the first thing I would hear. He screamed out "It's Kimberly!". The African Americans were shouting out "They caught seven Tylers at (some place)", "his projects man", "a guy crashed his car into the garage wall cuz he's here". It was a nightly gang asylum of African American employees shouting out slander. 

The next day I met with a female cia embed psychiatrist who wanted to over medicate me on depakote and lithium, two dangerous drugs that no one needs especially myself because my behavior was fine. I asked her how long I would be in the hospital, she said "I have you here for nive days". I ended a sentence I spoke to her with "Dad" and she just said "charged?".

I woke up the next morning and noticed that I had been given chicken pox with sores developing on my feet, possibly from the sandwich I consumed in the waiting room. Its only $10 to any employee for any task in any hospital by the cia and most civilians in the United States employed in hospitals will gladly take it for the Meta lens social network rewards and an extra hours worth of wage. A grim looking man with a four leaf clover tattoo on his right elbow was indicated that I noticed this and came in and inspected my foot without telling him anything and said "well that looks like chicken pox I guess we're gonna have to keep you in here longer" as a threat. 

There was a doppleganger of CEO of Mercy hospitals Lynn Britton named Brantley Booth as another tech. He said "They call me Brantley". He also said "stir around in your own shit" to my back.

I skipped a lunch once and a humiliating video was released to the entire African American staff who were laughing about it as they watched it on their cell phones. An African American lady tech said "They said they released the video because he didn't eat lunch". I then heard the David doppleganger say "because you don't know the ingredients". 

One of patients was a 34 year old stripper (at that time I was aiming for 34 to beat Jesus in age, Christ got me there) who wore all black clothes. Another patient was a homosexual black man who wore all black clothes. Another patient was in there saying it was because he smoked crack. The cia were financing everyone using contact lenses. The crackhead started saying (prompted with sentences to speak on HUD display for financial or other reward) the following "They defrag you back into your 30s, they defrag you into your 20s, they defrag you into your teens, and defrag you back to a baby then defrag you to nothin!" There were English Setter themed crossword puzzles I didn't do. There was a petite black patient dressed in purple who said "you don't know mothafucka you in a simulator". One mentally handicap patient used the phone outside my room and said "I want you to give him something strong like LSD. Im gonna hang him up, upside down and show him I rule!". 

During a morning broadcast of The Today Show while eating breakfast, NBC ran an entire piece on MK Ultra piece on me disguised as a regular news story. It was a story about a father soldier from Ireland surprising his little boy named Sean back from service. The little boy was dressed in all red and remained motionless like catatonic. This was MK Ultra/MK Alpha disabling programming to my options package of CIA programmed personalities including a six year old and my father. I finally left the facility and made it home thankfully. This isn't the full  

details of what happened. To know, subpoena the CIA recorded tapes of the incident. Everyone in there recorded over their Meta/US government electronic contact lens screens.  

In November of 2021, I was concerned with my un-diagnosed cancer and having tried to no success for 3 months to get a CT scan from Dr. Cavero from Springfield Skilled Care & The Lodges, I decided to call an ambulance to go to emergency room. I told the woman I needed a CT scan, on my paperwork it even says the reason I checked in was "I have stomach cancer". They did not provide me a CT scan or give me results of my blood tests that would detect cancer as well. I was transferred to the psych unit where I was tortured mentally, physically, and psychically by the staff of Cox North Hospital psych unit.

The entire staff and patients had electronic contact lens screens and were being financially incentivised to abuse me with government money.

I asked the muscular Caucasian male tech for something when he was behind the nurses station desk and he rolled back in his wheeled office chair while holding up his right hand in the shape of a pistol with thumb and index finger extended. This was MK Omega suicide murder programming. 

An Asian male tech identified himself to me as a police officer saying as I walked by "I'm a cop".

I was in my hospital bed on a benzodiazephine withdrawal, something I was prescribed and regularly took at The Lodges but the psychiatrist there took me off of it so I had to withdrawal. I held the intent of suicide by firearm when I got out for a couple of minutes. I then walked by the skinny Caucasian male tech who sat at the nurses window in the hallway and he said over his electronic contact lens social network "Thank you for shooting him", referencing the Tyler they had caught tragically taking his life and he was encouraging it and making suicidal suggestive statement to a patient. 

The muscular Caucasian male tech served me last during a meal and I suspected contact screens influence and was later proved right. I caught psy by a cloaked CIA officer saying as I noticed this with brain reading technology "You can thank the CIA for serving you last".

During another meal I was also served last this time by the skinny Caucasian male tech who flirted with his female social worker saying before the meals were served "The CIA are gonna pay me ten bucks to serve this guy last".

I couldn't keep my blood pressure down the whole time and the doctor, nurses, and techs did nothing when I asked them for blood pressure medication. My blood pressure read 160/100 when they discharged me and I brought this to their attention and they did nothing. 

I ask international authorities to subpoena the tapes from the contact lenses and the psy sonic files. The contact lenses record everything and never run out of battery. 

This staff and all of my psych visit staffs from all hospital remain free and will never be charged by United States authorities as they are corrupt and are trying to kill me.  

In October of 2021, earlier in the year, I caught male FBI psy of "The FBI and CIA think they can take him in three months or less from the stress". I also caught male FBI psy of "All I know is they're paying me thirteen thousand dollars for six weeks to get him to Chicago" referencing an insane asylum.  

The CIA have also told they get a $300,000,000 bonus for "locking me up" plus life extensions for themselves and children along with the FBI. 

In October of 2022, I checked myself into the Mercy Hospital and was transferred to their step down unit. While I was in the unit, I was tortured by the United States government and staff members of the hospital being influenced and financially compensated by Americas electronic contact screen network.

In the emergency room was a male hispanic morbidly obese security guard. This security guard was wearing the electronic contact lenses and said the following to me:

"It's America's contact screens!", shouting down the hallway of the emergency room.

"He dies of a heart attack. Yeah, he has a heart attack.", talking to another security guard while staring at me as I sat in the emergency room.

"You get stabbed. We don't know anything.", speaking to me out of the side of mouth tilting his head towards me while standing next to another security guard as I waited outside for a short while.

In the step down unit was a female nurse assigned to me and another male nurse she would talk to. This nurse stated to me that my blood work looked fine which I believe to be a lie as I am told I have cancer and told her to look for it. The woman made the following statements to me in the step down unit:

"You think that your a monster out there, but the monsters are in here."

"Ooo. If we keep up the chatter we have a chance at making us some money". The staff talked loudly all night so I could not sleep. 

"Nobody knows whose going to prison". (ICC send this woman to prison)

"Do you want me to suck your dick?"

"Your a child murderer!"

"So we like have this whole business center set up just for one guy."

"She said the only thing good going on around here is him leaving."

"Yeah, he is s...c...h...i...z...o...p...n...i...c and is f...u...c... GONE!".

The police which I assume were the homicidal FBI were yet again slandering me to the ignorant staff. The male nurse said the following:

"I don't go to jail for a cheeseburger."

"Yeah the FBI says he masterbates and hears voices in his head." "The police say he needs to eat and sleep. Yeah, there gonna send him after he gets out to a location where there are a bunch of police to make an arrest."

This was over 60 days of enhanced interrogation torture ago and still yet false imprisonment torture works like the CIA engineered it. 

To the International Criminal Courts and the Media establishment:

The Springfield police department and the FBI have in their possession the roving bug recordings of the cell phones of the two nurses along with their electronic contact screens recordings and these tapes need to be subpoenaed and played. Play the step down unit roving bug tapes on national media to show the world what American health care really is. The animals in this country who abuse the disabled belong in prisons or insane asylums. All humans have a human right to better healthcare. I request that Mercy Springfield Hospital be sued by the ICC for $5,000,000,000 and whatever winnings they get donated to a foundation called The Saint Christine Foundation to fund a global team of scientists and engineers to develop my tech philanthropy inventions for the benefit of humanity. These are life critical technologies and there is no time to waste. 

I do request that the United States be temporarily removed from the United Nations human rights council for gross human rights violations and war crimes until a thorough investigation has been made and global human rights standards achieved and monitored by international communities. 

Who committed the crime: Ozarks Healthcare. 

Date crime occurred: December 31st, 2022 - January 7th, 2023. 

Type of crime: Domestic terrorism, verbal assault, privacy violations, slander, hate crimes, enhanced interrogation torture, false imprisonment.

Brief description of crime: 

In December of 2022, I checked myself into Ozarks Healthcare for stomach pain and stress and anxiety related issues. The doctor did a CT scan and said it looked fine and admitted me to the neuropsych unit for medication adjustment at my request. 

I stayed at Ozarks Healthcare emergency room and neuropsych unit from December 31s,t 2022 through January 7th, 2023. The staff were all wearing the social network electronic contact lenses that are widely available to the public which financially compensated them for the following abuse.

While I was eating a chef salad, nurse Chelsea Hutsell walked into the eating room. As I bit down on an egg and swallowed it, Chelsea tilted her head towards me and spoke out of the side of her mouth "Yeah, you're going to the insane asylum where you'll eat your jello and white bread". She threatened me with an insane asylum and insulted my choice of healthy food. I have a gut to brain stress condition and this was very harmful. Later during the stay I took a propranolol for anxiety and Chelsea walked by my room and shouted out to the whole neuropsych unit "Ooo! Yeah! That's right! We're making some big money!" I was a financial prostitute. A pay for torture business model for these staff members. Later that night she was gossiping with the staff and was given some lie about future information of myself being incarcerated. Chelsea laughed and said "They say he does 5 years. Yeah!" I was having trouble sleeping from all of the abuse and Chelsea was again relaying information over her electronic contact lens social network saying "We caught him falling asleep because nobody loves him.” It got so bad I called the local West Plains police from within the unit but they were not allowed in by the staff and I was not given the ability to report the human rights abuse and could not leave the dangerous environment. 

The nurse assigned to me during the first few days of my stay was using electronic contact screens to torture me. The electronic contact screens read your brain and know what you are thinking about and focusing on in your internal state of mind. Every time I focused on being hungry, the nurse would rustle her bag of chips and talk about food indirectly to other patients. She was prompted visually with a financial reward if she could get me to eat. This was driving me crazy in there. I was being raped all day. It was such an internal violation and enhanced interrogation torture. 

Dr. Williams my psychiatrist used false imprisonment torture and slander towards me. I’ve taken my Invega shot no more than 3 days apart for 10 years when I get on the loading dose of it which consists of a 2 shot 2-3 days schedule then 1 shot every month after that. I checked myself in voluntarily on a Saturday and was not on a 96 hour hold. I took my first shot that following Monday. Dr. Williams said I had to wait 7 days for the second shot, something which previous medical records will prove has never occurred before. I wanted to leave the unit with the second shot and not be a prisoner for a full 7 days of no hot water or exercise. Dr. Williams illegally refused and wouldn’t tell me when I would get my next shot which I assumed was the next Monday, 7 days later from his lie he told me about the regular shot medication regimen. I asked him every day for 3 days to tell me when I would get the shot and leave the unit. On Thursday he said I would be getting the shot Saturday and leaving with my father who would be picking me up from a trip from Oklahoma which he had planned. On Friday Dr. Williams verbally assaulted and slandered me. He was talking to another patient and indirectly directed abuse at me. He knows my ears are always open because he is aware of the abuse he and his staff do to me. He said out loud in the unit “You’re a child molester! We know what you’ve been smokin’!” I was released that Saturday after taking my shot. 

I am a member of  the LGBTQI+ communities and the disabled and mental health communities. I have lost an enjoyment of life, unable to participate in activities or hobbies that I previously enjoyed, the majority of which involve global philanthropy. I have experienced a loss of quality of life, unable to enjoy or engage in life like prior to this event. This incident caused a sudden and extreme fear or terror that severely impacted my life. Since the incident, I have experienced severe emotional distress, mental anguish, sadness, shock, and fury as a result of this incident. I have experienced mortification and have a feeling of shame, a wounded pride, and extreme embarrassment, and false imprisonment. This incident caused a feeling of shame and disgrace. I have experienced apprehension from this incident which caused reasonable fear and uncertainty that something bad could occur to myself. Since this incident I have experienced unnatural and acute uneasiness and nervousness. I have also had a generalized feeling of worry, nervousness, and unease typically concerning uncertain events or outcomes. I feel like I have been humiliated, disgraced, belittled, or made to look foolish.

An individual who suffers an intense fear of injury, disability, or death due to an ordeal in a medical healthcare facility has the authority to pursue justice under the definition of terror.

This is a picture of MGM Healthcare CEO Judah Bienstock. This evil human rights abuser has committed a multitude of gross human rights violations and medical negligence. I haven't been able to relax to a movie, play a video game online, or have internet for my desktop for 2 years here because the wifi stopped working around the time of the coronavirus and they never fixed it. This left me with no way to relax so I could never get the CIA, FBI, and US military out of my head. I had to endure thousands of hours of enhanced interrogation audioboarding torture because of this and my self defense behavior became dominant. 

I had to call state investigators in who did not fix the problem. I called them for the wifi abuse which this criminal charges for and advertises to his customers. We had 2 lodges with 40 people and only 1 working shower out of 5. The facility is currently using my own damn television on my lodge because every tv here is not functional and there is no cable to your room. A  year ago I sent a demand letter for just $400, or $50 per month that I had been there without advertised healthcare services. They refused to pay me the money and that would have paid for me to get myself my own high speed internet. 

This is why I never got the electronic contact lenses. Because they record evidence. 

EVERY STAY I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOSPITAL HAS BEEN RECORDED AUDIO AND VIDEO AND BIOMETRICS BY THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

1. ALL HOSPITAL STAFF HAD THE SOCIAL NETWORK ELECTRONIC CONTACT LENSES AND WERE RECORDING, COMMUNICATING, AND TAKING PAID CRIMINAL INSTRUCTIONS OVER THEM.

2. I'VE BEEN SURROUNDED BY 50-500+ USA GOVERNMENT AGENTS THAT LIVESTREAM ME TO OVER 100,000 ENTITIES WHO WATCH ME ALL DAY ON TELEVISION AS THEY EACH TAKE THEIR TURN IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA TORTURING ME USING ARMY INVISIBILITY AND ARMY VOICE TO SKULL TECHNOLOGY. 

3. ALL CELL PHONES ROVER BUG AUDIO AND VIDEO OF HOSPITAL STAFF. 

4. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I HAVE A NANO CAMERA IN MY LEFT PRIMARY EYE. 

ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE EXISTS AND IS HELD FROM ME BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR MY OWN BENEVOLENT ORDERLY SELF DEFENSE IN A COURT OF LAW IN A CIVIL LAWSUIT FOR MONEY FOR MY WIFE AND KIDS.
