I first met illuminati terrorist Raymond Moore at Cox South hospitals after a manic incident. Raymond was assigned to me as my sitter and immediately identified him as a doppleganger of CEO Elon Musk. Nurse Vicky from Ozarks Healthcare is a doppleganger of Melinda Gates. During my hospital visit, Raymond picked up his cell phone, dialed some numbers, then spoke into it in a deep voice saying "my daughters are dead". I knew he was taught this in meetings and ceremonies in the secret American illuminati terrorist network which targets minimum wage males with children to corrupt them with financial rewards and safe life extensions. 

During the hospital visit Raymond told me he was from Alaska and in a network of buddies where he could fly a plane from Springfield to Alaska at no cost due to his network. 

The next time I saw Raymond was quite personal as it was the day my loving Mother died. On October 31st, 2013, on Halloween holiday, my loving Mother suffered a heart attack and took an ambulance to Cox South Hospitals before daylight in the early morning.

I drove her tan Ford van to the Cox South parking lot and parked. I got out and had a 20's aged illuminati male driving a black car park on the passengers side on the van. He was talking on a cell phone. When I got out of the van and went towards the hospital to find my Mother he opened his door and smiled at me shouting "she doesn't die!". I was in shock and didn't say anything back. 

I arrived at the hospital and met with the Chaplin. The doctor said she had a low probability of survival. 

My Mother later died at the hospital and was pronounced dead. 

I left the hospital and went to the Walmart Supercenter on Kearney Street in Springfield, Missouri. I headed towards the health section to get krill oil as a heart supplement because my Mother just suffered heart trauma and Raymond Moore, from predictive analytic electronic contact lens screens was already in the health isle section dressed in a black hoodie, black shorts, and black shoes. I had not seen him since he was a sitter of mine. Raymond paced up and down in front of the health section in an intimidating way. I later checked out my items and as I was looking back away from the counter, Raymond was standing with his back facing me viewing himself though my left primary eye nano camera which syncs with a persons single eye lens view, and Raymond then fanned his shorts in an "I don't have any money" way. This way to blacklight me with a poverty gesture, something I remember with every eye blink. 

Raymond assaulted me, a grieving son, while my Mother's dead body was still warm on the table. The illuminati abuse couldn't wait. 

Raymond Moore currently works at Paddio Homes as a loan officer in Springfield, Missouri. He remains a fugitive terrorist. 

There has been tropical storm hurricane name storm syntax abuse directed at myself by this organization, most likely someone wearing electronic contact lenses and taking government money. 

Here are the following storm names with syntax analysis:

Hurricane Ophelia. This was the name of a childhood nanny I had in Lagos, Nigeria as a child. It red lit Ireland. 

Tropical Storm Sean: How my Father spells his name, the Irish spelling.  

Hurricane Michael: 2018, after Lord Archangel Michael. 

Because when you aren't gay, black, a transexual, or a news story, you aren't a money maker for their shameful disgrace of an organization. They got the following non American citizens millions of dollars in civil awards:

The plaintiffs were:

1. Suleiman Abdullah Salim, a Tanzanian whom the CIA abducted in 2003 and imprisoned in Afghanistan, as NPR's David Welna has reported. He was released without being charged after spending more than five years in U.S. custody.
2. Libyan Mohamed Ahmed Ben Soud, who was shot and detained in 2003. He was held for about a year in a CIA prison in Afghanistan before being sent to Libya — where he was imprisoned for five years.
3. The family of Gul Rahman, an Afghan man who was detained in Pakistan in October 2002 and who died a month later after being chained in a cold cell, partially nude.

After the settlement was announced the plaintiffs said:

"We brought this case seeking accountability and to help ensure that no one else has to endure torture and abuse, and we feel that we have achieved our goals .... We were able to tell the world about horrific torture, the CIA had to release secret records, and the psychologists and high-level CIA officials were forced to answer our lawyers' questions. It has been a long, difficult road, but we are very pleased with the results."

The terms of the settlement are confidential. ACLU attorney Dror Ladin called it "a historic victory for our clients and the rule of law," adding that it shows there are consequences for those accused of torture.

In suing Mitchell and Jessen, the ACLU says, the plaintiffs accused them of "torture; cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment; nonconsensual human experimentation; and war crimes."

The ACLU and attorney Dror Ladin declined to help me in suing the federal government or any individual for any crime. I got a decline letter and that was it. They have all the information on this website and they do nothing. They continue to ignore my repeat attempts at establishing legal services I'm entitled to by them.
